Vintage 64-piece, 8-place settings of Alvin Silver's most popular sterling flatware pattern, Chateau Rose, with no monograms! Comes from a retired woman who may have gotten it from her late mother. If you need more, you won't have trouble finding this popular pattern piecemeal, elsewhere. It's possible Alvin made variations, or offered different sizes for a flatware piece. Set is in very good condition, polished bright and stored in vintage protective fabric sleeves (included), but not in a chest. 8 dinner knives (hollow w/ stainless blades). 9 butter knives (all sterling). Total weight = 5.25 lbs incl. Stainless dinner blades or 84 ounces. Condition: antique or vintage items may show normal patina and minor wear from use, moves and storage.
