We might have Limoges China one week, and A knife collection the next, so please check my other listings, and make sure you add me to your favorite sellers lists. Here is a very rare Gravy Serving Ladle made by first made by Alvin in 1899, in their Edward VII pattern.
It measures approximately 6-3/4 inches long. Similar to the always popular Greco-Roman Medallion pattern, Edward VII features a helmeted Knight in shining armour above some very flowing Art Nouveau like repousse scroll work. It is monogramed on the front, AMS in a beautiful ornate vertical script.
The back is also engraved with the date, 08-05, for August 1905. This 110+ year old ladle is in very good pre-owned condition.
