Presented is a pair of handsome sterling silver dinner size knives by Alvin Silver Company. This is the largest size knife in this pattern. The knives are done in the desirable Bridal Rose pattern which was first produced in 1903. The knives are monogrammed with a C in Gothic script.

The knives have a sterling silver handle and a stainless steel blade. The knives are hallmarked on the handle with the makers mark for Alvin and Sterling.

These pieces are old production. They were almost certainly made within the first 10 years that this pattern was produced. The knives have some surface wear commensurate with age and light use, but this is minor. There are no dents, no dings, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs. The knives are 9 3/4 inches long.
